Elaine, as an Age-Friendly Ambassador, promotes inclusivity and well-being, while Jill, as an Age UK Ambassador, enhances services and support. Elaine and Jill were with us through my mum's end of life. They went above and beyond for us at the worst time of our lives. Not only did they care so deeply for my mum, they helped with my father's personal care even though he wasn't a client at the time.
